In accordance with the zoning laws of Fairfax County Virginia, the club is restricted in the types of activities that can be conducted at the pool and tennis courts.  Our Special Use Permit specifies the restrictions under which we operate and can be viewed by selecting the link below:

In addition,  the pool's operations are covered under the Fairfax County Code and ordinances.  The board has asked our Pool Management Company to strictly enforce these rules.  These can be viewed on the County's website:  Swimming Pool Code.  Among the items specifically spelled out in these laws are that:

• All bathers must take a shower before entering the pool deck
•        from the bath house AND from the grassy areas
•        If you use the toilets you MUST shower before re-entering the pool area.
• No glass of any kind is allowed inside the pool enclosure fence. 
•       That means in anywhere inside the outer fence,  including
•        the changing rooms,  the pool deck,  and the grassy areas around the pool deck.
• No food is allowed within 10 feet of the pool unless you are behind a barrier.
