Interested in joining us?  Here's the process:  First, take a look at what we do and what we charge.  If you like what you see, complete the application form and send it to the Membership Chair as indicated here.  The receipt of the application form puts you on the waiting list.  There is no charge for this.

A position on the waiting list is not transferable for any reason, including selling your home.  A family buying your home must submit their own application, and receive an acknowledgment letter to be added to the waiting list.

Please note that Hamlet residents get priority off the waiting list for Club membership at all times.  We have never yet failed to clear the Hamlet wait list in any given season, although it theoretically could happen. 

Unfortunately, due to the fact that there have been many new houses built in the area, but no new pools, the waiting list for non-Hamlet residents is quite lengthy.  Exact duration is difficult to predict, since it depends on the number of member families resigning each year, but families currently at the top of the wait list have waited four years.   

To compensate for this frustrating situation, we offer an August-only membership for $250 to everyone on the waiting list.  Information letters about August-only memberships are mailed in the second week of July.
